Transmission Flush in OC

I need to do a transmission flush. Should I do a drain and fill myself ~3 times over the next couple weeks? Or get a full flush done?

If I should do a full flush wheres a good place to go in south orange county for a good price?

Irvine Nissan quoted me $225 for 12qts of Matic-J / Full flush.
Any where cheaper or is that about right?

BTW my car has a little over 60k miles.

Thanks!

I used to work at Golden West Transmissions in Westminister off goldenwest street and westminister blvd for two years they are a good place to go to, can't remember the exact cost but pretty sure it'd be a tad cheaper. i got a new job in a completely different field cuz of the automotive business going down hill but anyway.

Why do you need a transmission flush? if your having transmission problems thats not a good idea. flushing with a transmission flusher that pressurizes the lines like when the car would be running would cause metal in the pan to kick up and enter teh valve body and it will cause it to hang up.

if your fluid is just dirty and you have no problems, it'd be best just to drain and refill yourself a few times to save labor costs.

why not try calling autobacs? i heard they do automotive services. buy your transmission fluid there, and just pay for labor again.

well if I don't do a flush I'll do it myself. And corner 3 doesn't do any flushes just drain and fills.
