Apple One...lol. Get yourself a real headhunter. When I'm in the market, I'll email a few headhunters and they get on it.
What's your background? Are you technical? What is the focus of your skillset?

Based on what you've written, you would be hard pressed to work in a technical capacity. If you are indeed technical, I would redraft your resume to place more of an emphasis on the technical experience and look to get into a desktop tech role.
While it is not on the upper end of the career ladder, it's a damn good start and the good thing is that you can always find work as a desktop tech. If you decide to go that route, you can always parlay your employment for some additional training and education and look to get into an administration or engineering capacity.

my buddy is a CS manager in newegg, they have good benefits (401k match, good ins coverage) and at least an annual raise/bonus. I wouldn't look at the $10 too much, based on your experience you should be able to excel pretty fast. If you're interested LMK, i can forward your resume to him.

I talked to him for your he said usually they start customer service reps at $11-$11.50 ish. The $10/hr is most likely an RMA position which is separate from Customer Service Reps. You might even get more if you go through their hiring agency which is Venturi. You can find out more info at http://www.venturipartners.com/home/. However, the information he has is regarding the whittier office, and he said if you were hired you would be in whittier. I don't know, look into it if you want, I think that company is pretty employee oriented.
