Tint Tickets?

So I am considering getting my G Tinted but I was wondering how hard the cops are on this for the front windows. I live in Irvine so if anyone knows anything about cops there, and my car will also be in the Costa Mesa area b/c I go to OCC.

OCC FTW!! If you live in Irvine bro, don't risk it. Irvine cops are a bi*ch when it comes to any type of modifications done to your car. Or just have your front windows down when you drive!

Go for it I have full limo tint and front windshield tinted if you get pulled over just pay the non fix amount its cheaper than taking off your tint and putting it back on.

How much is the non-fix ticket? I recently got a front plate/front tint ticket, does anyone know how long they give you to take care of it? I got a quote for $20 to remove the front tint.

I pull over cute chicks ALL the time.

Irvine PD is very strict in regards to vehicle modifications. They pretty much don't have anything to do.

Stay light, 35% might not get you pulled over. The cops need to see who's
in the car and how many. Also keep your sunroof shade open that lets more
light into your car.

IMO, 35% is just too light. I had it on for a year and replaced everything for 20% front & rear. I've never had a problem in the 2+ years with tints.

Well for me its not worth taking off my windshield tint and side tint it will cost me more to do so but I guess you have hook ups on tinit for $40 wow thats a deal
And last ticket I paid for tint was $200 Non-Fixed

reconize cop head lights and roll down your windows everytime you pass one by! xD;

if you're really paranoid however I think 35% is a good choice - I had 35% for a long time never had problems before I switched to 15%
