Good, not too expensive OC restaurants?
Good, not too expensive OC restaurants?
So my brother, who lives in NC, called me this morning at 10am and said he just flew into Orange County for the day to meet with some customers and he's flying out tonight at 9:30pm. His job is pretty crazy but he makes the big bucks. Anyway, he wanted me to drive down there around 2pm today and meet him and get dinner or something. I was wondering if you guys could give me some quick advice on good places to eat, preferably around the John Wayne Airport area. Probably around $25-$30 range as a max, so not too expensive. If you don't have a specific restaurant you can just tell me a good area that has a few restaurants to choose from. I've never been down there.
Thanks for any advice.

It's about a block away from the airport.
Also the District in Tustin (about 1-2 miles away) has a ton of restaurants to choose from.

Thanks guys. Yeah it was too late, I left to meet him around 2 this afternoon. It ended up that his company was paying for the meal, so we went to this pretty nice restaurant called Wildfish, about 3 miles from the airport. We did the whole deal: appetizers, meal, desert, drinks. It was really good.
