Klubbheads - You don't know good beer

Vlad, sorry brother - your taste in beer sucks!

I remember you mentioning Stella Artois at the BBQ... last night on my way home I stopped to get beer... they didn’t have my usual (later) - but they had my 2nd choice, Heineken... but I also saw your beer Stella for a buck cheaper - so I decided to give it a try.

Its not horrible, but pales to my first choice in beer: Becks!

I only buy Becks > Heineken > Corona... sorry, but Stella isn’t even in the top 3 (and why is this **** sweet??? - I don't mean sweet is in pimo, I mean sweet taste)

If I still have this crap at dyno day I'll bring it to you

Not a big fan of Stella, either. Nor Corona for that matter.

Notice Corona is 3rd... it's only considered when drinking tequila with gf or if other 2 choices are not avail...

For readily available bottled beer found almost anywhere, Becks is #1 (IMO). No question.

I will say though... Stella is a Belgium beer... and the absolute BEST beer I have ever experienced is an $8 pint of Belgium Monk brewed beer from HB micro brewery... its in a hermetically sealed ceramic bottle and truly exceptional... but Stella is nothing like this - actually nothing on the planet is.

Nice thread and good idea....!

Heineken, Becks or Fat Tire they're all good but better when served cold. I'm
not talking about just any cold, I love my beer at 34 degrees when ice is
just beginning to form at the top when the lid comes off. You might even have
to push that ice back into the bottle for your first swallow....that's having a
cold one at it's very best! Ya thirsty yet....?

mmmm Fat Tire!

OC if you can get your hands on some Delirium Tremens - THAT **** is the bomb!

Based upon the beers you listed as your favorite it might be too "sweet" for your taste, but of the hundreds of types of beer I've had, nothing is as unique of a tasting experience as DT. Also doesn't hurt that it's like 9%

Hmmmmm... Maybe we should try to turn Hai's pool tourney into a brew taste/pool tourney/boobie fest!
https://g35driver.com/forums/socal-m...l-tourney.html

Hai, if Thuy can get premium beer for a "special event"... this thread is indicative of the possibilities...
