For OEM parts I would recommend Phillip Thearle's in Santee. Chapparone's off of Balboa. Amato's in Sorrento Valley also does great work.

These are the guys that all everyone in the BMW scene uses.

I too need some body shop work done. I backed into a tow hook the other day when it was rainy and I couldn't see out of my rear window due to the rear window defogger taking its time.

Any recommendations for a good, reliable, affordable body shop in San Diego?

I recently had someone back into my g35 and looked around for body shops and found that Chapparone Auto Body & Paint had experience with G's and many others. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Here are some before and after pics of my accident...
