Need some recommendations for a nice Japanese restaurant that opens late?

I'm going to watch Wicked in Dec. I think the show ends around 10pm. Any recommendations on a nice Japanese restaurant. Not Yamashiros though. I want to try some place new.

Matsuhisa is really nice and has really good food... but expensive... but the place for japanese food is in Little Tokyo... Komosa's FTMFW!! or Koraku's for late night food..

I always walk by that place, isn't that like a ajashi/ajima place? I always see old business men walking in and out of there.
