Since you guys have the same insurance.....they will have different claim divisions dealing with each party. Each will have separate adjusters dealing internally with the problem. ....so he is 100% at fault, you wont have to pay a damn thing. happened to me before.

 

True, and ensure that you have a copy of that police report stating that the other driver is @ 100% at fault and ensure that the claims adjusters are aware of this fact.

 

Yep...Valley Bl. can be a PITA sometimes, but be glad no one got hurt and that you're ok. Hope everything works out for you!

Dude...sorry to hear about your car...but your quote says it all...I was born & raised in Monterey Park so I know that area well...I got rear ended & my Honda totalled about 10 yrs ago from this old fart from Taipei driving a rental. Never driven before, comes to the US & they let him drive..??? WTF..!! Somethings wrong there....ya...think..!!

yea i hate that intersection as well, but my parents like Hawaii supermarket. lol but if i ever have to go there i will try to avoid it like going through the small street before valley.

What body shop did you take it to? b/c im thinking of getting my fender replaced also.
