Hi everyone,
I have twice taken my G35 to Cerritos Infiniti for a rattle problem and they still have not fixed it. Rattle is coming from passenger side dash/A pillar area. I work in Cerritos and live in Hacienda Heights. Can anyone recommend another Infiniti dealer? How is Montclair Infiniti? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to drive to "almost" Infiniti dealer to have the rattle fixed. Thanks in advance. - Mike

Next time you go for drive. Hold your rear view mirror, around the homelink button. Some g-owners report " rattle " was actually coming from the rear view mirror, and not the indash area.

Thanks for the info everyone....I'll try to set up an appointment with Riverside Infiniti sometime next week.
I'll check to see if the rattle is coming from the rear view mirror. I've nearly got into a couple wrecks trying to pinpoint to exact location of the rattle and it's driving me NUTS!! Thanks for the heads up with the mirror. - Mike

One more thing you might want to check the front passenger seat belt. The buckle fastener that attaches to the lock is hitting the door panel. I it drove me nuts for weeks until I noticed that the rattle disappears when I have a passenger. Since then I just buckle the seatbelts even though I don't have any passenger and that cured my problem.

Infiniti Riverside has a good service dept. When RazorX (Ray) had his car service over there it took them longer than expected to fix his car. So they installed an Infiniti aluminum pedals just to say "we are sorry it took so long, hope you like your new pedals". Now how any dealership will do that for you? It took me weeks to get a freakin appointment to get my free oil change from my dealer.

Yeah, like Glenn said. They are all about making you happy over at Riverside Infiniti. I recently went back there because I had some cracks develope in my headlights, I went to Discover Infiniti in Escondido and they said that it wasn't a problem that needed to be fixed. So I went to Riverside, and Ben ordered the new lights and also ordered a new passenger window motor for the car since it was giving me trouble. When I get my new GTR in '08, I'm definitley going to Riverside Infiniti for servicing. Maybe not for the purchase, but definitely for the service.
