is the dyno where you have to take off your wheels and the dyno hooks up to the wheel hub? or is it just the typical dyno where you roll car on.

its the "typical" type. There's our dyno, a dyno dynamics w/ two rollers where the tires sits in the gap. Dynojets where the tires in on one big roller. And dyna packs, those are the wheel less, connected to the hub dyno.

ummm, i would say once every 3 weeks. different cars each time.
