Am I the only one that's been reading negative posts about this stealership
for the past 5 years, time after time B.S. about their **** poor service.
Recall the member that had service completed there, drove home to Texas
only to discover they'd messed up his car and wouldn't stand behind their
work. Sorry it's going to be an inconvenience for some of you but dealerships
that do poor quality work don't deserve to be in business (aka) stealerships!
Need parts give Riverside a call, guaranteed prices will be better than S.M!

So I guess for the people who go to Santa Monica Infiniti, the next closest one is Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys.

Other than warranty work it may be better to have Nissan work on your cars
if you choose not to use an independent shop. From my own experience
Nissan charges 1/2 what Infiniti does for some services....tranny flush etc.

first they are closing because no one is buying cars, let alone bringing them in for service now a days! Second i have confirmed you can bring your car in just for service ONLY to Nissan, no warranty work!! So the closest are van nuys torrance for infiniti and downtown nissan for nissan or santa monica nissan!!

Just brought my car there this morning for an oil change...

Bummer that its closing...I only live 10 blocks away. It was so nice to have an oil change done in under an hour and have the car back home.

The mentioned tomorrow (friday) is the last day for warranty work...And next week closed for good...

SM Infiniti didn't want to sell me my G in 2006 for VPP pricing. Mission Viejo said they would honor my VPP and they ended up getting the one from SM for me anyway!

santa monica infiniti

Santa Monica Infiniti is closing, but my Service Advisor from the Infiniti store is now a Santa Monica Nissan. They can service my G and M and offered me a 2009 Altima as a loaner. The receptionist at Nissan is also from the Infiniti store..."yeah"...they have two GTR on the showroom floor and are planning a G owner car clinic...test drive a GTR????? Friendly people, great service and in my back yard.

My lease is coming up on my G35 and Mitch Freeman the Fleet Manager at Santa Monica Nissan said he could get me a new G37 lease....I think I will take him up on the offer...I let you know how it goes. The G37 convertible is nice but the new Z convt is amazing.

that's odd!!!! they are a GTR dealer and my advisor Doug told me that they put in a special hoist and alignment rack to handle the very low ground clearance of the GTR...Santa Monica Nissan has two GTRs on the showroom floor and 3 911 Porsche on the front line...the GTR is a "wow"...can't wait to see Infiniti's version...
