That pretty much blows. I've gone to Glendale Infiniti and the guys there were *******s.

I went in needing an oxygen sensor, and, instead of taking my engine codes and ordering the part for me, they put ME on the phone in their office with the parts guy located who-knows-where and even he was a dick. I won't go back to Glendale.

I don't know who confirmed that you can go to a Nissan dealer, but before I went to
Glendale, I called Downtown Nissan and they told me flat out that they wouldn't work on my car. I asked "Even though it's essentially the same as a 350Z" and the service guy said "yeah" and hung up. WTF!?

I have personally confirmed that Nissan is taking care of Infiniti service only they will not honor any warranty work!! So if you need warranty work you must go to a infiniti dealer. That is 100% confirmed and true

Just got a postcard in the mail saying the new Infiniti Service Center in Santa Monica is on 16th & Santa Monica Blvd.

They are combining the Nissan service that is already there with Infiniti. Let's see what kind of service they provide.... Infiniti or Nissan quality level.

I heard the same rumor....it's the GM store.....he's closing GM and opening Infiniti. Just what I want a Chevy guy servicing my G. I've been going to Santa Monica Nissan for my service and dealing with Sam. I tried Miller in Van Nuys...but the guys at SM Nissan use Infiniti parts, they are 50% less for the same service...I bought a synthetic oil package 3 changes for $99...that's what Miller charges for One!!!!
