Looking For Paint
I'm considering having part of my OEM 19's painted IP and I am wanting to do it myself. I was wondering if anybody knows of a place that can make a certain amount of paint, I guess in the amount of a regular spray can. It doesn't have to be in a spray can, just that amount. I just don't want to have to use a bunch of touch up paint for two reason...
1. I'd spend too much just buying touch up paint
2. The touch up paint doesn't really match the actual color of the car.
Also, if anybody knows of a place that can put it in a spray can, that would be great too.

Thanks for the link. Would like to see if there are others still. For a 12.5 oz can it's $70 after shipping. Worst comes to worst I'll go with it, but hopefully there are some cheaper deals out there.

Too expensive. Would prefer to do it myself too. I found another place, but I don't know the quality. It's MUCH cheaper and more reasonable.

Great Project....right tools!
I'm impressed, really....Paintworld has everything you need to do the job correctly....primer....paint and clear. When I first saw your thread I was thinking, "no way IP is too hard to shoot" but with the right tools I think you gotta chance. I painted my first Harley with Schwinn bike paint cause it came with their primer. Had the frame sand blasted, painted outdoors in 90 degree weather so dry time was very short, watered down the garage to eliminate dust and it came out perfect....candy red and it lasted for over 10 years or that was the last time I saw it. I did a few after that and had a great time, Good Luck with your project and have fun doing it!

Thanks Gary. Right now I'm going to go with PaintWorld, unless I find other alternatives. Would I need to use their primer or would using Duplicolor primer (which I already have) be good enough.
You seem to know a good amount on painting and I was wondering if there is a clear coat I can get that won't have that gloss or semi gloss look.
