Experience with Infiniti of Montclair, CA

Location:
9440 Auto Plex Drive
Montclair, CA 91763

Just wanted to let you guys know from my personal experience with this dealership regarding a lease return.

All in all, to keep the story short, I went in to return my lease and all I received was rude and dishonest customer service. I had to go as far as filing a complaint with Infiniti Corporate to have this matter taken care of. At the end, I was able to return my lease at that dealership that is 2 minutes from my house rather then driving 2 hours to Santa Monica to return it and would've had no ride back. Again, this is from my personal experience, there are those of you that may or may not have had stellar customer service there which would completely validate my complaint, as I felt I was being discriminated. I showed up well dressed, professional attitude with getting things done in a timely matter, and to have things done right the first time. For those of you that are considering giving them your business, you might want to consider going to another dealership.

Monticlair dealership is ****. I went there last week for anumber of different issues including my gas tank being pegged at half. They told me the replaced some sensors but lo and behond, once I ran my tank down, it got pegged at half again. The female service advisor was unfriendly and no knowledgable about cars. Have to take my car in again next week for a sticky clutch pedal, gas shutter valve, and stuck gas meter.

That sticky clutch pedl, did you ever adjust the position of the pedal? If so that's the problem. I changed out my clutch fluid now no problems with sticky cluch pedal, I also did the adjustment.

Never done pedal adjustment. Just got my car back from infiniti of montclair and they were unable to diagnose the problem. I have no idea how that is possible, but it looks like I will have to return there for a whopping 3rd time this month next week when I run my gas meter down, so that they'll believe me when I say it doesn't work below 50%
