California is just so ridiculous when it comes to many of the laws and fees that apply. Especially these days; I have never been hassled as much as I have been in the last few months for idiotic reasons.

Dranom remember when i was on the phone in LA right in front of the cop, he flashed his light into my car and I kept talking. Put the phone down and started driving, he tried to cut lanes and pull me over but all the homies were caravaning tail-gating behind me and it held him back hahahahahaha...w0ot w00ot team caravan ftw

Too me that cell phone shiet is hustle, i swear. People on bluetooth drive even crazier sometimes, ever see them go ballistic talking to themselves while driving. Bluetooth companies work with the government and they ban driving on cell phones, government gives cell phone tickets and make more money, bluetooth sells more and makes more money, they might even have a collaboration behind the scenes, its a win win hustle situation. hahaha jk but it makes sense tho. I bet fact is both made more money since they passed the law period.

well, if i were you i would pay the 181 then you pay an additional traffic school fee. i would do traffic school, because your insurance may or maynot increase. and you take traffic school you ahve 18 months before you can take traffic school again for another violation

Cell phone tickets DO NOT go on your DMV record nor do they affect your insurance in any way.
