They're here illegally without documents in the first place... you think they're gonna shell out 6k just to get some documents and become legal?
EVERYONE who wants to come here is gonna think "HEY! why even apply to immigrate? lets just sneak in and then get ourselves a Gcard without much penalty"
and on top of that, it wouldn't be fair to the immigrants that obtained their Gcards by following the process.
Cops ruin everything... everything is illegal these days... you can't cross the street without waiting for a light, you can't be holding a cell phone while driving, you can't mod your car, you can't get excited and step on the gas pedal for a split second, you can't skate in public, no drinking in public, no alcohol sales after 2am, get a little loud while having fun and someone with a badge has to come harass you... when are they going to start fining people for farting in public?
