Re: Metro Infiniti. . . good?
I found the service at Metro Infiniti to be good. Ross Aragon (Service consultant) took care of me and the service techs were very friendly. I'll go back with no hesitation.

Re: Metro Infiniti. . . good?
Just took Monday, I had 35,970 miles and told them they felt low. They replaced my rotors and pads in about 90 minutes. I had my pads changed and rotors turned at about 18,000 miles. This experience was pretty good.
Took in my I30t on Tuesday for the 60,000 mile service, I advised Ross that I didn't need alot of the services done at that mileage level because I do them myself. He suggested just an inspection and oil change, but I pushed to have the Coolant changed. Overall great experience.
BTW, the "STILLEN STAGE IV PERFORMANCE COUPE" was still there. I asked the salesman what that included for $5000 and he said it was the exhaust, CAI, pulleys, and wheels (which BTW were listed separately). Ugly *** cheap 19" chrome rims, Davinci's I think.

Re: Metro Infiniti. . . good?
I went to Metro last week because my "service engine soon" light was on and I told them I had a chattering sound coming from the engine bay. They changed the timing solenoid which made the light go off but when I drove it off the lot the chattering sound was still there. I'm pretty sure my tranny is bad. SEE MY POST

On my way home today the "service engine soon" light came on again. I have an appointment this wednesday, so hopefully they can fix it this time.
The same day I took it last week, I had them fix my leaking tire. It had a nail so they charged me $40 to patch it up. They put a couple scratches on the edge of the wheel in the process. So far I am not happy with them.

Re: Metro Infiniti. . . good?
I had an appointment for my engine light being on so I decided to bring in 5 qts of Mobil 1 synthetic and a Mobil 1 filter for an oil change. They wanted to charge me $29 to change the oil even with my oil and filter.
