Thank You Car Zone !!

I recently won an ENEOS Oil change at the last Sedan GTG from:

CarZone
7745 Sepulveda Blvd. #5
Van Nuys CA 91405
Phone: 818-373-1330

I first called and introduced myself also let them know that I want to avail of the coupon that I won at the Sedan GTG. Their initial answer was YES, no problem you can redeem it anytime just let us know and we will schedule it.

Drove in Saturday morning with my appointment and the shop was full. I was expecting that they would just give me a cold shoulder or "whatever" attitude because they are not earning money due to the coupon that I have.

BUT.... all of them where polite, very accommodating, smiling and was happy that I was there !!!

The mechanics asked me politely to sit don and they will help me and they are expecting me. I don't really like seating down, but want to watch mechanics working on cars so I asked them if I can walk around and they said yes !!!

After they are done servicing another G, they immediately pulled my car to their lift. The lift wont fit underneath so they used a pre-made planks of wood to lift the car a bit. Did their oil change, cleaned everything up even added more zip ties to my under panel.

They did a very professional job and treated me like a paying customer and not as someone who is just a nuisance wasting their time.

Danny also talked to me and gave me tips and tricks about maintaining the car.

WOW !!! I was really amazed and would really refer them to anyone that I know !!!

Thank you guys and more power to your shop !!!

^ They were a sponsor for the Sedan GTG and donated the coupons. So yes, they did the work for free.

Very cool. Glad they took care of you. They have been a great supporter of the Sedan GTG the past couple of years.

Car Zone's dope they're super friendly, they know what they're doing, and always honest no shady business like some shops. I found out about that shop by winning a free oil change at GTG lll. So I guess by giving away a free oil change they hope to gain a long time customer which they did with me. CAR ZONE FTW!!!

CAR ZONE is a great shop to get your Infiniti serviced, qualified friendly mechanics and decent prices. They carry AMSOIL products too, another plus! Only way I could get excited over having my oil changed would be if the ladies at Tilted Kilt changed it....

Not really. I'd rather do it myself. Just how I am.
