Auto refinance through a credit union?

When i was 18 I got a 10.9%, yes you read it right, 10.9% car loan from chase even though my dad cosigned. It's just lack of credit history....now, 6 years later, FCUs and banks are throwing themselve at me left and right for sub 6% aprs, it's just how the industry works.
