Damn so i thought the house value was good for buyers out here. But it's waaaay cheaper overe there. BTW im looking for a ethir a 3bd or 4bd house. A house like this overe here would easily cost 100k more.

mira mesa has changed i agree....

mira mesa is pretty central to everything in SD, a 10 to 20 min drive to down town, same distance to san marcos, esco, and oceanside. its cut on the west and east with the 805 5 and 15 freeways and on the north and south with the 56 and 52 freeways...

I have a lot of military friends. Most of my extended family is x miliatary, and my dad is an X Army JAG (both my parents still have high government positions). With this said, I still have my reserves about the military attitude.

All people realize the problems associated with living with or around young military people. Especially in SD, where the divorce rate is 70%, and the navy alone has a divorce rate of 70%

We've had this argument before, and I believe you lost badly. Mira Mesa is no where near central san diego. Maybe it is central in san diego county but that's it. Look at a map. Mira Mesa is on the very north east corner of SD. Fashion valley and mission valley are the center. It takes 10 minutes to get to anywhere in SD, and 15 to Mira Mesa (since it is NE in SD).
