If u pass the emission and noise test, you will get a certifcate for your car... I have gotten pulled over for the exhaust with the certificate 3 times. 2 of them the cop just let me go but one a$$hole did write me the ticket for the exhaust eventhough i had the paperwork for it. I went to the court and got it dismissed though....

If you want to avoid any further hassles. I will sacrifice my coupe 18s for your new wheels and we can even do a straight trade without you having to give me any money in exchange......I will be waiting for your reply in a chair since it may take a while for you to think this through.

 

Lol. Might wanna grab a few cases of beer, I have a solution for the wheels, a couple actually....cheapest route is fender flares, keep em in the back seat and tell the officer I'm going to the body shop on the weekend to get them molded on and hopefully just get a warning for it.
