I haven't looked yet so I don't know whether prices should be $80 per wheel or $250 per wheel - but I'm highly interested to know what a normal shop would charge for that service and if it's comparable to powdercoating (which is like $55-$100 per wheel?).

Been looking at several wheels that I'd like to change the finish on so I'm curious to see if this thread will flush out a range of different shops and pricing. Hope so.
