Yes i know our team does not have Show and Race stuff on it. But thats still ok. WE go there to represent G35s at Import SHows....Whats so wrong about that? I mean we even opened up an infiniti class where all the G owners have a friendly competition. I give Dean Props to his car and he does the same....I mean why do we have to DO EVERYTHING to our cars in order to show? I mean some of those cars in the beginning had nothing but now they have everything....so i think it takes time "NO1Better"...

At Shows....Transport's motto is all about having fun and chilling with G homies.....iTs fun.......Its like a mini G meet every time there is an IMport show taht we go to....Lots of G owners come out and hang out....Its more FUn than anything. We are all car enthusiasts....

IMO its much better to like your car...do what you think should be done and not what the SHOWS wants u to do and have FUN.......TOO much competition is no good. I mean if you dump 20K into your car and you don't win, you will be pissed......

I agree with everyone else's comments. Most of those show cars don't drive their car everyday......All of us do....Theres the difference. SOme of us do not like the TT on a dailydriver..there might be too many problems and so forth to take care of....

So....please respect everyone who went to the show. Even civics are bada$$ at the shows.......Everyone's cars are unique in their own little ways.....

I give props to Ed and the rest of Transport for showing. Fixing up a G is a lot of work and $. We all know we are limited as of now on parts because the G35 is new. So far for me it's been a lot of trial and error on parts. I've spent cash on everything except for my tires which I was recently sponsored on and Meguire's products. So far I've gone through three exhausts, two sets of rims, two body kits and other engine mods that didn't give me any gains whatsoever. Our cars are very new and even Top Secret of Japan is still working perfecting the G and you know how gangster that company is. I even know a few peeps on this board that are going through their second and even third FI.

 

Ed, Tom is just crazy what can I say single turbo wasnt fast enough for him so he needs 700+hp. he has a great excuse why its in the shop.

And its not what you have its how you use it and set it up. EVEN APC if set up right will give you good output. I dont care what anyone says if you dont have the ***** and guts to show then dont talk sh*t i have confidence that my car looks good and ya when my TT and NOZ is done then maybe ill be closer to those 100k+ NSX's so unless some one wants to give me 10-20k to drop on my car ya'll can eat it...........

Aj, you stepped up to the plate. I had my comments and deleted them twice. Because I didn't feel I was here long enough to give my opinion. But it was mostly agreeing with yours. Especially about keeping your .02 in your pocket. I do feel robbed. [img]/w3timages/icons/shocked.gif[/img] I thought I entered a very competitive car in this show. I feel my car looked better and certainly sounded better. I think if it were an indoor show. The outcome would have been different. but that is just spilt milk [img]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/img] And just for the record I had the hinges way before G354GOD did.

well I will drive my car everyday once its done. I drove my car every day with my first set up. I even drove up to San Mateo. my car already has 25000miles. I don't drive it because I'm still waiting for my block to be done. I didn't built my car for all show. with my previous 600hp lexus, I drove it everyday for 2 years...
