I WON 1st place infiniti at the show. I wana thank Rudy, Josh, John, and Sean at Sound advice for doing such a great job on my system and making this Trophy Possible. I think its because of my rims also that pushed me over!! I mean i have waited and waited for these FOREVER.......

Re: Nisei*** How did it go?

The car show was a waste of money. There were only a few badass cars there, maybe 3 cars. The best car was clearly the black BMW 6 Series.

Most other cars were junk. IMO

Re: Nisei*** How did it go?

As a fellow G35 owner, I was highly disappointed in any and all efforts made by the G crew to go all out. I have not seen one G35 that has gone out and made their car, show AND track ready. I know all of you out there have your turbos and superchargers, but after bolting them on, there seems to be no major engine work done. No cams, no fuel rails and whatever else can be done to make the car truly high caliber. I would like to have seen racing seats, complete interior work...more Tokyo Auto Salon and less Little Tokyo Weekend.

To all who went, you saw the Garage Life and Hybrid crews who had well done cars with top of the line parts. These cars were not "rice" but rather true to the JDM style. I would love for someone in this forum to take this challenge and build a G35 worthy of being put in these shows.

Granted, I have not been to many HIN's or HID's lately but from what I have seen, the quality of cars have stepped up a notch. No longer are we fettered to Civics and Accords or other econo-boxes. We now have a slew of competitors in the high performance car market. STI's, Evos, Zs, NSXs, Supras, S2000s, M3s, S4's are all out there. The truth is, the same Civic-Accord guys from years back have grown up and some are in this forum...Don't deny it! I once loved TSW rims and Wings West body kits on an EG6 Civic! So go out there and go aggro crazy! DjGcue, G354God and others are almost there.

Here...remember these brands...Bride, Amuse, RS-R, Takata, Endless, Zeal, Midori, Project Mu, Air Walker, Advan, Ogura, ARC NOT APC, Blitz, and Tomei just to name a few.

APC is my weapon of choice.
APC reeks of great taste.
APC is the greatest aftermarket company in the world!
