Thanks all!!

Yea.. I've been bummed this past week about this. The car is sitting in my garage all f'd up looking. I'm gonna call Auto Explosion today to get looked at by them and my insurance. I won't know how bad it is till later. In the meanwhile I've been running the different options in my head if the car is totaled.

a) take off all my parts, get a used (like a '06) G35, and just slap the parts back on

b) take the loss, part the car and sell everything to you guys.. getting a brand new ride is not a option for me right now... maybe...

c) say fck it, get a new car and start modding all over again... if so, what car should I get?

d) if it is repairable, part it out and sell the car down the road.... cause you know it's never gonna drive the same..

decisions, decisions, decisions.. what would you guys do??

if its totalled let me buy it back. i'll fix it and keep it for track.

as far as your options, I'd go with option A. the depreciation on the parts are less than attractive. The $1000+ you invested in the KZ front alone you will fetch back like what.....$500? If that? Not hard to find a like new DG g coupe right now to throw all the parts on the bad boys. You got the tools to do most of the installs, if not you got G SEDAN and/or all the hook ups in Cali.

If its repairable, just keep it and drive it to the ground. Selling it at such a big depreciation is not an option. Use the insurance opportunity to get some nice new mods for it and keep ti as a project. You still got a DD so you're good on that bro!

text me when you get your police report on the outcome.

I'm interested in what the "ladies" (both CHP and chinese lady) had to say.

I'm leaning toward your favor though, heard the officer tell the chinese guy "There is no reason for him to lie, either way it wouldnt make a difference."
