Infinity of Santa Monica ?

Hello,

I'm thinking of purchasing a G35 sedan from Infinity of Santa Monica.

Has anyone had any experiences (good/bad) with their sales or service department?

Thanks!
-lisa

horrible experience with buying my g35 from Santa Monica. Got the best price, but they are all huge *******s and a pain to deal with.

Re: Infinity of Santa Monica ?

I bought at Infiniti of Santa Monica a couple of years ago, when coupes were really difficult to get. I had a great experience. Have had my coupe serviced there -- Mel Williams, the assistance service manager,is a great guy.
Overall, I am very satisfied; but I cannot speak to the issue of the sales force there now.

I dont if some guy named George works there. He use to be on the maxima.org website. Total car enthusiast. I'm sure he'll help you. If not, I have people at Glendale Infiniti.

Re: Infinity of Santa Monica ?

I've bought my coupe and serviced my coupe there.

Sales. Brad Tanner. I'm in sales myself so i know the game, and he gets my approval. No pressure, to the point, and professional. No cheesey lines, sales tactics, or BS. Tell him Andrew with the DG 350GT SKYLINE sent you. He'll know.

Service. Workmanship is awesome. I've had a spoiler installed there and oil change. Melvin Williams and Andre Borje are the Assistant Service Managers there. They're cool.

This is the only thing that bothers me. It's always PACKED! So call and make appointments for service. Since INFINITI of Beverly Hills closed down, everyone goes there now. But they're real good, especially about loaners.

Can't say they're the best, i have no point of reference.
But I know i'm a hard man to please, they get a 10 from me.
Not for perfection, but their attitude. (No one is perfect)

Re: Infinity of Santa Monica ?

If you dont mind travelling, try Tustin Infiniti. A friend bought a base sedan for just about 25k ++. No BS. There's the sticker and then he tell you what he can sell it to you for. I'm sure other dealers would give you the same deal, but then you have to play the salesman/manager game for like 6+ hours. Pm me if you want the specific salesman's name.

George doesn't work there anymore.

I bought mine from him when he was working at Santa Monica Infiniti, but i didn't have to deal with anyone else, or even set foot inside the dealership to get it. he found the car, he delivered it to my work and i signed. done deal in 30 minutes. it was hella cool.

Re: Infinity of Santa Monica ?

Just bought my coupe from Infiniti of Santa Monica. My salesman was a guy named George - not sure if that's the same George that others are referring to in this thread. Anyway, he was helpful enough and reasonably knowlegable, and I got a decent enough deal from them.
