i'll be selling my g35 in a few month and get a 07 350z manual, i think. lol 07 350z can't be "As is". It has to have warranties, right?
i'm thinking of buying a car from a private seller because it's much cheaper than a dealership. But i dun wanna buy a stolen car. Can anyone give me some advices on what to be aware of and what paper works i have to receive from the private seller when i'm buying that car?

As is = something wrong, maybe they blew the engine, tranny messed up, accident etc... or high miles.

Get the VIN and get it checked.
