P/U my car last Saturday but......

The dealer scraped my front bumper on three places. Not only that my CD went out it won't play at all. No problem for the the first year then boom power window motor went out and now this. Dealer will fix everything even the scraped bumper so it's all good. Got the worse loaner ever from Hertz cause the dealer run out of loaner cars. So now my G will be at the dealer for another 4-5 days.

Sorry to hear that Glenn. IMHO, I wouldn't have the bumper repainted for scratches like those. You don't want to risk having bumper color not matching the rest of the car. CB is very difficult to match. I have seen some repainted bumpers with CB and the colors are always off somewhat. The damage is so low it's not very visible unless you get down on your knees.

That's a great idea, have them get you the OEM lip to cover it up.

I was there with Glenn when he picked up his car, man I would of been pissed. I felt bad for Glenn but I went to the back of the dealer to checkout a car and noticed that the guys pull those cars to the front as if there in the Indy 500.

I have to get a oil change at the same dealer, I'm worried now.

Yeah Glenn, that's a great idea. Milk them for everything they've got because they have a lot. When the dealer put scratches on my rear bumper, I had them order me a new rear bumper since it would have never came out 100%. In your case, see about getting an OEM front lip to cover it up to "ease" their hassle in dealing with it =P

Sorry to see that Glenn but, I would tax the dealer. I'm sure they will repaint it but, if they don't file a complaint, that will lower their rating!...
