Just had my tranny replaced under warranty.. Service is kind of bad.. I asked about the rear axle clicking and he said its not under warranty when I thought it was under power train and it says its a power train tsb.. Also.. They removed a bracket I had in my engine bay and claimed they did not do it.. Somehow my bracket just disappeared???? Customer service wasn't good either.. Didn't seem to really "take care" of the customer..

I vouch for riverside, or cerritos. I urge you to stay away from Tustin period.

By Axle clicking, do you mean when you first start the car and put it into first gear to start going, it makes a weird noise? if so, i have that too. I should really make an appointment at riverside but i never got the chance since i've been busy again. 3 midterms this week!

but after that, i think i'll go to them. because beshoff infiniti called me and told me that my car has the '06 airbag recall and i need to get that fixed. sighh

I bought my car at Tustin and brought it back there 4 time within 6 months for warranty and check engine lights, they kept on blamed it on the gas cap. They Blowed!!!!! I hate them and would never give them my business again.

Riverside is way better, Ben the service manager took great care of me for the last 3 years. Let put it like this, I don;t mind paying for dealer price than give any of my business to Tustin Infiniti. They should go out of business like their neightbor!!!
