broken lugnut on stud help!!

The lugnut was overtorqued and snapped on the stud. It is deep in there and I can't get it off. I have already drilled half the stud away and it still won't come off.
Can anyone help me remove the nut or recommend me to a good shop??
I need to get new tires sooon so I need this off. It's been like this for 7 months and no shop that i've been to was able to do it, or willing to use a drill. (Autotoyz, Mag Masters, and some wheel store).

pics here

Take the caliper off, take the rotor off and then hammer it out. I'm assuming the nut broke off completely and you can remove the wheel right?

the nut is broken in half. only the rounded without teeth is left on the stud. it is holding the wheel on so I can't take the wheel off.

bang a smaller deep socket in there. one that you might not want to use again. Use the ratchet and feel its way out..

Ok, that makes more sense as to why the shops wouldn't touch it. So the part of the nut that is left, is still threaded onto the lug?

Bring it down to R&J tonight..he can get it off but the possiblity of damage to the wheels is a risk although he does have lugnut specific tools that protect, there is a still a possibility.

Alright, here are the pics. The nut is kind of deep in there.

And I already have a spare stud so here is a picture I photoshopped of what the nut looks like on the stud just so you guys can have an idea.

@Mextep, I can go down to R&J tomorrow or friday. Not tonight though cause it's kind of far =/
Do I need to make an appointment? And do you have a quote on how much it'll cost?
