If my bluetooth was worth a damn, I'd like to think that I'd never talk on my cell phone while driving.

Actually the guy seems affable, it's just that I got to know him from watching Supercars Exposed and I became soooo jealous. I kept thinking, "God, I can do his job!" Now he drives for more Hollywood movies (his claim too fame was his drift racing, and stunt driving for fast and the furious tokyo drift), and is now on History's Top Gear. I wanna drive exotic cars around the world, burn the rubber off of other people's tires, and look like a novice as I do all this.

That's why I hate him. It's just not fair.


Back on topic: Most people are bad drivers to begin with, and they become so much worse when they text or are on the cell phone, especially in parking lots.

 

Similar legislation may be passed in our province today, but probably won't take effect til spring. Can't come to soon, IMO.

I get a kick out of the Tanner/Paul banter on Supercars. Paul is such an a-hole (and he's Canadian, LOL) but he comes out with some good stuff.

 

You know I just saw that Battle of the Supercars episode where Tanner is driving the E63 AMG and Paul is driving the Cadillac CTS-V . . . that was actually funny stuff. Paul was cracking me up!

Does the Zero Tolerance apply to all of California? All of SoCal? or just SD?

I just wanted to clear things up, as I am guilty sometimes of these cellphone laws.

 

well the article is from the San Diego Union Tribune, but I'm sure the CHP is enforcing the laws state-wide.

good they need to enforce this more, too many idiots still talking on their phones and texting, ive even seen cops chatting away on their cell phones while driving. You can buy a bluetooth for like $5 now, worth every cent in my opinion.
