I'm happy with the service I receive from Metro.

Re: Glendale or Metro Infiniti for service?

I just went to Metro this morning for my maintenance. Service was pretty good. The service lady came up to me right when I walked onto the curb and asked if I've been helped. She got me coffee, cookies, and some other guy offered me some drinks in their fridge. They let me wander around the lot for awhile and when I told the salesman that I was just waiting for maintenance he said he'd go and talk to the other salesman to tell them not to bug me about buying a car, which was pretty cool. The only thing I wish I could've done is test drive some cars, but unfortunately they don't have much of a selection.

That white girl makes some good cookies huh? Last time I was there I took home half a dozen of the peanut butter variety.

I was there for about 1 and a half hours and I drank all the coffee and ate half of the cookies. $30 for the maintenance...just think of it as $0.25/cup of coffee and $0.50/cookie.

I was at the Santa Monica Infiniti a few months ago and they had pizza. I might try there next time.

Re: Glendale or Metro Infiniti for service?

ive heard not to go to Glendale if you have mods. the Service manager is a dick(heard from Gurgen). I had the other guy work on my car and he was nice though. Metro is my next stop. They replaced my brakes both front and rear even though i only needed rears the last time i went there. didnt get any cookies and stuff though. =(

Re: Glendale or Metro Infiniti for service?

I have mods on my car and i go to Glendale Infiniti for my brakes and other recall/rattles/defects. The service manager that i deal with is Manny and he's very professional and attends to the needs of my car. i had previously dealt with Gordon but he is no longer there. I was just there this week and met Rob_G35 there with the CB coupe.

Go to Glendale! But only try to get Manny to handle your service. You can tell him that Vahag (that works at JPL) sent you. I take both my G and FX to him.

Good Luck, Vahag

HEy

Go to Glendale Infiniti, ask for Sam (service writer). In fact, make an appointment with him for a day that he is working. Tell him I sent you. He will be pretty friendly with you as far as mods go.

Re: Glendale or Metro Infiniti for service?

Im in the middle too, Alhambra, I have gone to both, I bought my g at monrovia, but like Glendale better, even though their service area is small. I agree with the others on this, at monrovia, Chris and David are ok, they seem not to communicate well, I had my g at monrovia for MONTH because of a bad air flow sensor that had to come from japan, they did not communicate well with me on delays, I got a letter in the mail telling me my part was in, David had no clue that it had arrived, I dont mind that the part is on back order, but give me timelines, I had also asked David for a detail job since it was there for so long, he said yes, but he never came through That was the last time I went to Monrovia, the guys Sam and Manny at Glendale are great and professional, I would go there again. They had good food too, fresh muffins, fresh squeezed oj, and lattes. It is also close to the galeria to kill time on small service requests.
