Sorry to hear that...... good thing you are not hurt. Did somebody knock out the reflector on the center divider making it hard to see?

wow that was a fast reply.

Aparrently the 400 people who hit it before me took care of the reflector. Either that or there was no reflector installed and that is why people hit it in the first place. I will have to go back there tomorrow and check out the scene.

Dang, that's all types of f'd up. I'll have to check out that section when it's nice, dry, and sunny. Good luck with city. It's a long process, but hopefully it will be worth it.
