Need a Flexible Shaft Grinder
Need a Flexible Shaft Grinder
Due to my SPC a arm hitting the top of the wheel well on 350z, im going to have to trim the well. i got a rotary tool from HF but i'm not getting a good angle in the wheel well with A arm removed.
Can anyone please let me borrow flexible shaft that can be used with my rotary tool? This is mine: http://www.harborfreight.com/profess...kit-40457.html
Or any kind of flexible shaft grinder that looks like this? http://www.harborfreight.com/flexibl...ver-40432.html
I attached pics of where and how much i need to cut.
Thank you

Why not attach a grinding wheel to your hand drill or better yet a hammer and big azz screwdriver and bend the metal rather than cut it. This reminds me of when I had Volks with the wrong offset, I was doing everything except what I should have done....gotten rid of em sooner!

Using a heat gun n hammering was my first try. The metal is so thick n there's a limited space to really make a swing. Trimming is my best choice cause it's easier, less work and not as loud a hammering. I live in an apartment so there's a house right above my garage.
sadly I don't have a drill. my friend has a drill but no grinding wheel. To me, it seems like rotary tool w flexible shaft is the easiest, safest, and fastest way. gotta use a tool that I'm familiar with.
