A really good one is Labree Motorsports in Canoga Park if you wanna drive that far. I say it's worth it. Brent did an excellent job mandrel bending and soldering a Sebring Tuning muffler on my sedan. He does an excellent job and is very reasonable with pricing. He worked on my car for a couple hours but only charged me for an hour since he was taking his time, we were talking, and he was working on some other things. Website is www.labreemotorsports.com.

Thanks a lot bro he is really close to my work and I'm working this weekend so I can go if he's open Saturday. I just hope my X-pipe arrives on time. If you don't mind me asking what did he do to your car and how much did he charge?

I bought a Sebring Tuning muffler from him and he cut my OEM muffler pipe close to the midpipe, welded a pipe from there to the muffler (since it's universal and not a direct bolt-on). Muffler itself was 125. Total he charged was 180. I paid cash, he prefers that. I'd also recommend making an appointment.

When I have the money I'll be going back to him for a fully custom exhaust setup using the test pipes he makes. Total I got quoted for a full setup with his test pipes and the muffler was around $800 installed, mandrel bends too.

Oh nice how are the test pipes I'm kinda scared running testpipes but I really want my exhaust louder and don't wanna waist money on HFCs. Ever been pulled over for the test pipes? Does it smell bad? Sorry for the noob questions lolll

Test pipes will smell. They are loud too. I'd stay away from them if you're worried about getting pulled over. Could be a big fine since you're messing with emissions. I had mine with a stock muffler so it wasn't too bad but the smell was still noticeable.

Hey man,

I am in the verge of purchasing this exhaust but still have not pulled the trigger...negative / postive reviews and videos that I have seen here.

What is your opinion about the rasp and the drone, how is it ??

Thanks !!!

The best muffler shop in SoCal is R&G in Santa Clarita, he's a true artist and his measurements are dead nuts perfection. He installed the Magnaflow X pipe in my authentic HKS exhaust....661-259-7098 he's open Saturdays by appointment. Tell him Gary sent you, he'll charge more.... kidding!

The rasp is ok ish but the drone is a bit bad in 6th around 60mph at 2000-2600 RPM, this fitment isn't great but what do you expect with $400 exhaust system. I went with this because I have heard the HKS a few times in person and I liked it but it was not loud enough for me lol. Hopefully with the X-pipe the OEM sound will come back more and kill that stupid drone. Hope this helps bro.
