Research prices on Edmunds, KBB and Craigslist. List accordingly and just wait... Make sure you list it for a few hundred over what you want since everyone lowballs.
Try going to CarMax, too! They might give you a decent price...
Your car will sell... Itll just take time in this economy. =T

It takes time to sell right now.
Long story short, a ton of people over the past ten years got addicted to the crack known as "credit". Basically a bunch of broke azz ****'s who tried to live out a lifestyle they never earned by taking a HELOC vacumn to their over inflated houses.
So now, few people can afford to fork over cash for a used car, and few people can get the credit necessary to buy a used car from a private party on credit.
It took FOREVER(not really, only 3 months actually) to sell my 2009 Yaris with 26K miles and in perfect condition. And I had it priced $2-3K BELOW what used car dealers were asking. Tons of inquiries, but every idiot thought I was the idiot, and wanted me to finance it(yeah right). Even though I specifically put in the ad that I would not finance it.
Finally found a buyer who was able to get financing through their credit union. Smart lady. She got a well taken care of used car that looked and ran great and gets 35mpg.
Anyway, its tough to sell expensive things right now.
