Great news if you don't want to change your head unit but still want to put in aftermarket amps and speakers.

Why PM? I'm sure Rudy wants to install just more than one.
Post it up!

Since the unit is not out yet I am not sure what all is involved with the installation and how long it will take. What I do know is we can catch most of the wireing at the amp in the back so hopefully we wont have to pull the HU too. Also there is a tuning process were you play a test CD so the unit can calibrate it self to your unit. So I estimate the install will take an hour to an hour and a half. We also know the target price is $399 for the unit. So my best guess is the unit plus installation will run about $500. Which when you consider the cost of the double din kit, the PAC audio steering wheel control module and the cost of an aftermarket head unit and installation, this unit will run you about half the cost of replacing the HU. This unit will also give you a 8 volt low level output which is great. My Alpine 9835 had 4 volt output and it sounded great and know I have the IVAD 300 that only has a 2 volt output and I don't think is sounds as good.
