Better wheel locks will only slow them down. I hear the tilt alarm will work better if you keep an ear out for that one

so this happened obviously in a parking garage which is (I'm assuming) part of the guys apartment/condo. I don't know about that place but I live in the same type of set up and I have security guards AND cameras...may seem obvious but make sure he asks his leasing office to check the cams. The perp may be stupid enough to not cover his plates or face..
