Extreme Autofest is holding it's AfterDark show in Vegas at the Cashman Center on Sat Apr 23rd.

Team Transport will be showing at this event and I was thinking we might put a G35Driver Vegas Invasion together. We have a lot of various age groups and interests on this site, and we'll try to be inclusive of everyone. Obviously there will be caravans to Vegas, a Dinner/Activity on Fri night, SHOW on saturday. We we are inviting anyone that would like to show for the first time... even if stock.

More info to come... I could really use some help from the locals to brainstorm schedules etc. I will probably be concentrating on getting ready for the SHOW with the team and any newbies that want to give showing a try.

i just look at the registration form and it all mess up.it show:
set up times:
saturday,april 22,2005 - 12pm-5pm
or
sunday,april 23,2004 - 8am-1pm

deadlines: competition - april 15,2004

what the...? any idea what the schedule is?
roll in time frame? show start and end time?

 

You might want to PM Gee3Five. He has been giving out flyers for the show so I think that he might know a thing or two about the schedule. According to the flyer, the show is April 23rd, 3-10 PM. The Vegas locals will help you guys out. I'm sure our Vegas G club will be "representin'" (Did I just say that?)

I need a bumper for this event to show off my Intercooler. And one have a good hookup?

 

I would go but i need a bodykit, exhaust, rims, tires, rotors, headers, turbos, intercooler, etc....... hehehe if i wasn't goin to vegas in april i would've definitely have gone with u guys.

I talked to one of the show coordinators and he said he would get us a good discount if we get 20 cars to pre-register and prepay. 35$ each saving 200$ for 20 people. Also if we need power dropped down in our spot it was 150-175 and 4-5 cars could share it. We could also have a banner "group name" and any lighting and stuff to make are spot look good. He said that he would take care of us even on a good location if we can get at least 20 cars.

I am thinking about going.. not too sure yet.. FInals is like right there but it is tempting. Any vegas guys willing to shuttle us to and from the event that friday and saturday?

I think steve that there is two roll in times. fri and sat morning. I think thats how that works! I am probably gonna push for saturday roll in for me so i can have my car or something. no clue yet... too early to tell. i got a week or so before i have to decide!

yah, start another team, pretty sure we can find 20 g's to go from so cal.
