I miss the OEM exhaust sound. The exhaust is in excellent condition, no dents, dings or leaks. I just spent 4 hours polishing the exhaust last week. The exhaust itself is installed by Street Image last week with clamps only so it will come off easy.

Looking to sell locally in OC. Please make offers. I will consider trading for high flow cats + y-pipe. (no test pipes please)

why are u selling it? is it too loud compared to stock? That is my main concern bc i'm sure the loudness and deepness will give me a headache.

 

I've heard the Borla. IMO - It's fairly quiet similar to oem. I went back to stock, and it's very quiet. Damn, now I can't ignore my wife when she's in the car talking to me.

 

does the borla come with silencers? I'm sure it doesnt but does this exhaust drone out the music while driving on the freeway going 80mph? I use to have an integra with an exhaust that was soo unpleasant once u reach 70 that it gave me a headache when I went on long trips. What rpm does it start getting loud (meaning u have to turn up the music to drone the exhaust)

 

What's the exhaust tone like? Why do you like the OEM sound better? Doesn't the Borla have more of a grumble sound (muscle-car sound)? Is it louder or quieter, compared to stock?

Yes, the Borla system has silencers. The system isn't loud at all if fact I'll probably
take the silencers off to create a diffrent sound and then add high flow cats.
Everyone needs a little rumble and it sounds great at 4grand and above. It also
helps if you have added an intake like Stillen or Pop up charger!

borla has silencers?? from the pix I have seen it doesnt seem to have them and if it did, I doubt he would be selling it to go back to the oem sound.
