SI and Jeff stand by their word. No matter what problems they come across they always seem to solve them for better and not worse. Sorry dude but chit happens Good luck

to meechin:

normally, i wouldn't spend the time to make comments like that, but street image has tried to discredit me in the past, and it was annoying. it is true that i work out of my garage, but i do it in my spare time for fun, and also to help others with great prices. they decided to "pick on me" because i was the little guy. and for the record, i do have a business licence.

i understand your comments, but i would like you to understand that my comments were warranted due to SI's past comments about me.

actually, it is rather flattering that you hae actually heard that i do installs, and it is nice to hear that my customers seem happy.

to rickdogg:

thank you for your two cents, it was unnecessary. (assuming you are the same rickdogg from my350z) i find it funny that you even wasted your time with that post, since you are trying so hard to set up a cruise and a meet with me and all of my z friends here in san diego (since i use the same screen name on my350z). interesting.

I must say first of all that I don't know anything about SI, however

1. if you paid a SI for your wheels and they said they'd fit, it's not really their distributors problem for getting you a refund. for example, if you got sick at a restaurant, would you blame foster farms (or any other food distributor they got their food from)? no, you would blame the restaurant.

2. always buy wheels from a place that specializes in wheels, not a place that 'can get wheels'

Hey Chad,

I'm glad you have your business license or whatnot.
I don't think you'd need one anyway if you're just helping out people and performing ''odd jobs'' with their car modifications.
Great way to make friends and some extra money on the side.

But with all due respect, i believe that initial post you made just didn't have it's place on the board. You could have made a snide remark and sent him a PM.

It's not like you could get the rims, or make those rims fit any better. Hell, if it was you that got this guy's rims for him, who knows what the outcome might have been.

Bottom line... it ended the best way possible. It was a bomb waiting to go off... and it did. In the end, bomb squad Team SI came and defused the block of C4(which amazingly is the name of the rims, minus the R) and peace is bestowed upon G35rari land.

And everyone lived happily ever after...

Now let's squash this please?
