Sorry guys. With rain I don't really feel like fighting wet LA traffic. I also have an exhaust leak I need to get fixed. Maybe next week.

for those that went I hope it didn't rain... If so I hope you were safe!

If it didn’t rain up there I bet the track was wide open - I'm sure many cancelled because of the forecast. It's not raining in OC so I hope some of you got to race.

Post up if you did!

Yup Clear skies and coool weather. It's been a month i've owned my car(driving stickshift).

I managed to pull a 14.9@93mph.. which is a 14.5@97/8 MPH. With a 2.3 60ft which isn't too good of a launch but my 1/4 is excellent for a first time driver at the track. I managed to get 15 runs in one hour

yup that sounds right with the number of runs you got in an hour. I love LACR reason being you get soo many runs for 15 bucks.

Next time im coming out for sure

Nice! How dirty was your car the next day?... I've only been once and I couldn’t believe how filthy it got - inside AND out!

I need to get back there now that the temps are down - I couldn’t break 15.0 (it was summer). I'd like to see what my car will do in cooler weather!

What mods did you have? It's always been cool there at nights.. summers its like 50/60s.. winter its like low 40s

PS: Ya my car is real ****ing dirty, but it was raining on the way back so that took most of the crap off.

Ya Eldridge my car is running but I've still got my front right rim bent. I also called you up to see if you wanted to roll out with us..

After calculating it.. it turns out I actually ran a 14.4

Oh... did you call from a private number? I didn't see a missed call from you. I stayed at work until 8:30pm and had to go to Canoga Park afterwards anyway... Good times man!

All I have is a short ram intake which doesn't do anything but make my car sound fast lol.

It was MUCH warmer than 50/60s... It was mid summer when day temps were triple digits - early evenings (when the track is open) were closer to upper 80's lower 90's - At least the night SocalTed and I were there. I doubt it gets 50-60 mid summer on triple digit days... even an avg day it wouldn't get that cool until way later, well after the track closes.

Mods: Stillen CAI, Stillen Exhuast, Stillen Ground Wires, Motordyne 1/2" spacer, TS ECU - I think that was it when I was at LACR. Since then I've added some cooling mods - Tony's Iso kit, 160F thermostat, and a test insulation on my intake tube (not ready to mention specifics yet).

During the summer we are lucky to see 80/85 by 10p, when the tracks shuts down. Def Nov thru early spring, but never May - Sept, in my experience. But its possible, just not on the Wed or Fri's I've gone.

I've made my best runs at LACR in December!

P.S. the weather image above changes with the time/day LOL.. check back here for latest weather!!! But it was def all green when I posted and the wet windows here at the house was enough proof for me.
