Anyone down for a tournament at Bike or Commerce tommorow night? I don't work again until Monday. I'll be doing the Zaino thing on my car all day tommorrow so I'll prolly be kinda tired, but I can always get enough energy for some poker.
Commerce does not have their daily tournaments going right now.
Bike has $100+$25 buy in no limit tournaments tonight and tommorow night, no rebuys. But 20% juice seems kinda high.

Tommorow night as in Wednesday night? If so, I'll be busy then but Saturday I was planning to go. $25 entry fee for a $100 tourney is quite high. Online the fee is only $9 but I guess it's much easier to run an online tourney then a live one
I've never played an SNG tourney live. I've played over 500 NL HE online tourneys though so I've got plenty of experience. I'm over 40% on pokerprophecy (pro status, lol!). Are the casino versions 10 man like they are online?

Playing online S&G's....either you double or triple up with AA or KK or TPTK or you get busted out. AA or KK 80% you double up then its smooth sailing with mini blinds until you get to 4 or 5 left and you become properly aggressive. I've played over 100 online S&G's and I don't believe I have ever busted out 4th or 5th and rarely third.

Played the $100+25 tournament Wed night at Bike. I never had many chips, and caught very few hands. Won the blinds with KK once, doubled through with KK once, doubled through on JJ once, folded AK on the flop once, doubled with AK once, took the blinds with AK once, folded AJ preflop once and folded AJ on the flop once. No other face pairs or A-face the entire night. I managed to limp my way to 9th place and a measly $170 for my efforts. I had a good chance to double through on my last hand...I was BB and button popped it, I moved all in for only a few more chips with A8s and he of course called. He flopped a flush and I was out. First place was $3400. Boo.
Earlier, I had got in an argument with an armenian guy who was trying to angle shoot. The floor man was called and the armenian guy was denying that he made a motion with his hand. I called him a liar and s#$t blew up.
Later, I got into it with another armenian guy at an $8-16 game. Dude was yelling at other players telling them to shutup and stuff. Really it was pretty funny. I started telling the dude that I could remove the Mt Everest sized chip off his shoulder and that there are some excellent court ordered classes that can help him with his anger management problems. Dude didn't find my s$@t funny. The armenian guy sitting next to him looked extremely embarassed by the dudes behavior.
Just another interesting night at Bike.
