Looking for LCD or DLP...(no plasma, not cause of the price, but because once pixels burn out, you will never get it back because there is no way to "fill" it back up with gas).

Oh and Merry Chrismahankwanzika...

Not the one in Glendale, prices still the same. Only select stores and I am too lazy to go to woodland hills lol...alreadyt hought of that.

And as far as costco, thats the one I will buy if I can't find a better brand/ price. Thats what made me post...to see if I can find better than costco's price for a known brand (hence my thread title says 27" )

Im already one step ahead of all of you. As far as mikey...I buy new bro, not second hand lol...thanks for the offer though.

Rash I will call you tonight. Sorry I didn't return your call...family probs (cousin got in trouble with the law)...

Plasma's rock man. I've had my 42" Samsung HD plasma for quite a while now with no problems at all. Every Sunday I get HD NFL action. All it does is make you lazy lol. You don't want to do anything else but watch.

I recommend you do some research on a specific model first before you go out and buy just any LCD TV. BTW, I'll stop by the Woodland Hills Circuit City Friday or so and check out some prices. I need to buy some stuff anyway so I'll let ya know.

^ Thanks Z-man...lemme know. 27" or up. And as far as plasma, I agree with you, but think about the long run man...many years down the road...but I guess by then prices will be somewhat normal so replacing is feasible. I've done plenty of research to know that Plasma is not the best for the long haul...I don't like the look of LCD either...Im stuck in a dilemma...DLP is a good way out.

I think the Panny plasmas are out of control. I was interested in the TH-50PX500U, but I can't find them anywhere. Now I'm thinking of the TH-50PHD8UK or a RP LCD or DLP. Could I PM you about either of these Pannys?

I am interested in a 20" LCD TV/monitor. New or used, so long as it works and it's cheap.
