Thumbs down Service quality at Costa Mesa Infiniti

My 05 6MT was brought in for three things, seek button sticking, treble setting stays the same at 4-5, and unable to fill up when pumping gas, and it makes noises on the passenger door when driving slowly up a drive way. The results my seek button gotten fixed, but the treble they said that by fixing the seek button this automaticly fixes the treble. (Not) treble 4-5 is still the same and they also made the lense on the radio gloomy, the door noise they cannot detect, the gas gauge that detects it when it gets full fixed. But now the inside of my car smells like gas, I called them they asked me to bring the car in immediately. I'll post the results when I get it back, as of now I am very dissatisfied with the service. The ladies name was Laury, she was very impatient and very rude

Take it somewhere else, or ask for a different service rep if she was rude.

I've been taking my car to costa mesa since i bought it in 3/04, they've always been good to me and fixed all my warranty issues w/o any issues. i've only brought it in for oil changes, brake warranty and other warranty issues and declined their 15k service and they havent given me issues and always call me to tell me when they start working on my car and when they're finished.

I've used Tustin on some common TSB fixes on my G35 and was taken care of immediately. My G/F has taken her G35 to Costa Mesa and was also treated rudely by their female receptionist/cashier. I then told her to go to Tustin when she needed some TSBs done and they took care of her immediately as well.

F*CK COSTA MESA! Ive been taking my car there since 9/03!!! Ive been going for a few reasons.... the receptionist is hellllla awesome(Melissa) and its closest dealership to my house. There was a great guy (Kirk) working b4 but not anymore. Laurie is a bi*ch! Shes horrible and always talks like shes on her rag 24/7! Ive called corporate and complained about her so shes gotten a tad better but shes still a b*tch! I took my car in cause my CD player got jammed and they didnt touch it b/c my mods. They said I had to go to my manager but WTF! The CD player is not related to the engine wat so eve! WOW I dislike costa mesa very much and I will for sure be going to tustin. Thanks for the great service costa mesa!!!!!!!!!!

Continued service quality at Costa Mesa

Laurie is da bitch, kamal you're right she seems like she's always on the rag. Well the end result after I brought my car in to get the Shudder valve replacement, a tech by the name of John messed up my car surely. When I picked it up it smelled like gas and he said it was normal and that it would go away, well it didn't go away after the second day. So I brought it back in and another service advisor helped me Krista, she's an idiot too. To make a long story short now there is a gas leak after the shudder valve was replaced, now I am pissed. It's currently at the dealer, more info. when I get it back sometime this week.

i haven't had problems w/ CM infiniti... and I use them since I'm around the corner. As for laurie... man yea I don't like dealing w/ her. There was a guy there Bill... totally a dumbass. Finally replaced w/ a new younger girl. She's cool... I can't remember her name but she's cool. The service manager is a nice lady as well. She's taken care of me.

Sorry to hear about the bad experiences... sad how one bitch can ruin it for the rest eh? Just go w/ the new girl.

As for the treble being the same... it could just be your ears. The treble and bass problems have not been fixed.. I'll be adding an EQ and LOCs to resolve this issue soon.
