Smile 2005 G35c Vs. 2006 G35c Vs. 350z

How's it going?

First post, I hope it is in the proper location!

I'm torn between getting a G35c or a 350Z! I have a Datsun 510, a Ford Mustang, and a Nissan S14. I am selling/sold the mustang and the S14 and upgrading to the G coupe or the Z! What's your opinion on the new car? I'm posting on this forum because that is what I am leaning towards, but can you help me make up my mind?

Do you think I can get a 2005 G35c below invoice? I called a few dealers yesterday and everyone had their remaining 2005 G35c at invoice. Can I do better? I found a 2006 G35c for $800 over invoice, but the interest rate will be 5.75%-6.25%, as opposed to 1.99% for a 2005!!

I also found a 2005 350z 35th Anniversary (w/brembo's, BOSE, aero package etc.) for $32,000 (sticker is 37,900).

What would you do?
A. 2005 350z 35th Anniversary
B. 2006 G35c 6MT, base (sport package and mats)
C. 2005 G35c 6MT, nicely equipped (premium and navigation, I can get more because of the low interest rate!)

I live in Pico Rivera, CA (SoCal) and was wondering what dealers you can recommend? I have been to Glendale Infiniti (they told me they had a car in stock and when I got there, it was sold! I will not buy from them!) and Cerritos Infiniti has no new 2005 G35c available.

Car will be puchased this week! December 31st?
Thanks,
Carlos

I would go with Option C too! Whenever I see a 350 on the road....I feel like that's my lil bro. Hahaha!

One more thing!
I really want an Ivory Pearl coupe! I have only located a few 2005 6mt coupes, all either DG, red, or silver!!
My second choice is DG!

Thanks,
Carlos

Don't know if you would be interested, but I just traded in my DG G35 6MT coupe up here in Nor.Cal with 10,000 miles at Northbay Nissan in Petaluma. The car has been babied, bought back in June '05 in Concord. Unfortunately I had to give up my baby temporarily and get an Armada for my girl and brand new son. I never thought I could make the sacrifice, but baby car seats really don't fit well in the back seat of the G... ugh! They have a low price on it, so check it out, or for anyone else in the Bay Area. Beginning at $28K plus dealer prep. Also still have JDM clear corners and JDM badging for anyone interested. Good luck!

Seems like C is the obvious choice : )
Now to find one! I called a few more dealers today and no 2005 G35c 6mt in stock!!

Should I go automatic? Should I just get 2006 6MT base? I really don't care about the BOSE system since I have a JL(subs), Zapco(amps), Clarion (head), MBQuart (mid/high) system ready to go into the car! What else comes with premium package?

What dealers do you recommend?

Thanks,
Carlos
