I'm paying $19/month. I signed up in the Westwood LA Fitness when they opened back in 1996 and was the 12th member to sign up, so my rate has been the same since...

You can probably get it for $29/month with a $50 initiation fee if you are good at bringing the fee down. Bottom line, they need you more than you need them... Plus it helps if you sign up with a girl.... they're suckers for cute girls. (^_^)

Just tell them you have a friend that payed only $50 down and $29 a month, if they are cool, they'll give you that rate and you can use any LA Fitness. Just be firm with them.

Good luck!

I've been a member of 24 hour fitness since it used to be called Family Fitness, back when it was on Gale, close to Nogales. Now that's a long time ago! I'm still paying $5 dues
