Is there a way to distinguish it from the cheap ebay ones? Does it have any markings?

To be honest I don't know what the eBay bars are like (didn't even know there were replica Stillen bars out there). Are they also 3 way adjustable?

Let me pull the bar tonight, I don't remember if there are any markings or stamps.

da03g35, there's no special markings but you can go to Stillen's website and look up 2006 G35 RWD and the sway bar looks exactly like that (it's the bar with the larger diameter). Here's a link:
