Do these just let u go lower on springs? Kind of confused how this mod affects the car.

Yes if you have springs or oem style coilovers the spring sits on a rubber cushion that has About an inch and a quarter of spare cushion that can be shaved off and will lower the rear of the car that much exactly

Are there mounts on all 4 corners so u could get drop the front as well?

No the rears only. The fronts are coilover style
