New to Houston
Hey guys,
I met someone's dad who is in this club in a training session at work. He works at Hughes Christensen as an Welder. Can't quite remember his name, but he showed me some pics of your sedan. Just moved down here with my 06 DG Coupe and was wondering if you guys are having any events soon?

Anyone have any advice on which dealership to use in town? My car is currently sitting at West Houston Infiniti due to getting owned by a raised manhole cover downtown (the roads here are HORRIBLE) and so far my experience has been pretty good. They were the only dealership of the 4 that could take my car right away AND gave me a loaner car until my insurance got involved (and even after insurance got involved the service writer Jeff was nice enough to get me the car for 2 days past when I was supposed to give it up. He has also kept me involved 100% in the loop the whole time. A+ service so far)
I am very disappointed in the service at Sewell Infiniti in spring. I work in the Woodlands so that would be the most convenient, but when i was trying to get my car inspected there they informed me that they didn't have a courtesy shuttle (which is unbelieveable considering its an upscale car line... i ended up getting it inspected at munday chevrolet across the street, who i've dealt with before AND who has a courtesy shuttle). They also were the only dealership out of the 4 i know of in town that wouldn't give me a loaner car (They only give em to 25+ year olds and I am 23). Perhaps i was talking to the wrong service writer, but if i could find someone i trusted there it would be worlds more convenient than going all the way out I-10 outside the beltway to get service.
The other two that I called (clear water Infiniti and southwest infiniti) were simply overbooked with service, so i have no basis for judgement on those two.

Glad to have you here in Houston. Clear Lake Infiniti is a good location for service for me so far, but quite a distance from where you are. Look forward to meeting you at the next meet.

Welcome to Houston and the forum. I have had good luck with both Clear Lake Infiniti and Westside Infiniti. Hopefully I can make it to the next meet to meet fellow G owners and you can too.

BTW, welcome to Houston!
Haha thanks everyone. I actually dont live up in the woodlands, I just work up here off of six pines a little past the mall towards research forest. I was really hoping to come to the meet on sunday and show off my newly repaired G, especially since i play soccer every sunday and wont be able to make it to most meets, but unfortunatly i just got off the phone with the service writer at West Houston Infiniti who informed me that due to a wicked back order on the steering pinion gear needed for my car, I won't be getting my G back till, at the earliest, september 18th... for the time being i'm stuck in a kia spectra.... makes you appreciate the quality of the G haha (and hate the gas mileage... cost me $30 to fill the tank the other day and it was AMAZING).. I still might try and come out to meet some of ya'll if you promise to not laugh at my korean princess haha

glad to hear that u found us. just look in the event section for the next meet.
